  Salesman Alex Rumoro was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, patient and kind. The WiFi was very slow and should be increased in order to expedite the transition from one phone to the next. Kudos to Alex for putting up with that and the constant noise from the mall kiosk just outside the store door. I highly recommend him to other Verizon customers in need of phone updates..

  The atmosphere in the store was amazing. I was greeted with smiles by Valdez and Steve. Steve handled my needs very professional. He offered to go over my accoumy to Make sure I was getting the best value for,my plan. I will be calling him in the future and recommending him to family and friends.
