  After Irma we had some roof damage, another company came out and nailed down tarps. Soon after we noticed another leak, our insurance company suggested we call this company. They put down a tarp and put sand bags on to hold it down. Two weeks later I had to call to have them rescuer the tarp. About three weeks later, on a Saturday, the tarp was flapping in the wind. They were predicting rain on Sunday so I called asking them to secure the tarp again so we would not have more water damage. The tech called to say that he was on his way, when I received another call from someone else asking when the original work had been done. When I told him it was more than 30 days he said to have the insurance call him on Monday so they could get payment. What a jerk, the rain was coming on Sunday. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU!!!

  Total Restoration Services Group is a true example of what a water restoration and contracting company should be. They were on time, on budget and very reliable. They kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of their work is top notch and they are true professionals. I plan on using them again!
