  Our sales person, Kyle, was very friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with us trying to switch over our phones. I was very impressed and would recommend him and TMobile to all my friends.

  I went to this store about a year ago -- this is were I went to to get an upgrade on the account from my Samsung Note 5 to a newer account. I had a Jump-On-Demand program and because the Note 7 last year were going up in flame and where being recalled, I decided to move forward with the LG V20. Now that the Samsung came back with a new Note I called my carrier to see what was my option. With great surprise I just found by the Cust Svs that the Sale person at the Store sold to me the V20 in such way that he exit me out from the Jump On-Demand Pgm and now I need to purchase the phone in full before to do anything. This is not ok and completely chip car salesman tactic - borderline scam. Shame on you!! I hope that the Manager of this location read this review and re-train all his Sales Crew. The person at the Customer Svcs at the CAll Center that is not pay on a Sales commission went over with me all the different option, difference between the Lease Pgm Vs. you purchasing the phone basically as well as the Jump 2.0 Pgm. Morale of the Story -- Run from this location and go somewhere else.
