I was excited that I didn't have to drive very far and had to wait a little to get help. Dominic was awesome! He worked on getting me a replacement phone. They overrode the warranty and allowed me to get a replacement. After being with them for 15+ years, I expected nothing less. I was impressed with how Dominic helped me and 2 other customers all at once. I'll be going back for any future needs.
