  No matter when I come here there is always a long wait. Sometimes there will be 6 people working and 3 will be on their phones texting or something. Then there is a bit of an attitude when you interrupt them to ask a question. Been here an hour and still the same people in front of me waiting. Only one time someone actually went above and beyond to help me out, probably because I asked how I cancel all my lines. Someone needs to light a fire under the staff and get them motivated.
