  Terrible. No customer service. I went in, intending on buying a few things for each of my toddlers. The store has ZERO carts. How can they advertise as a family store but they can't accommodate a family with children in the store? They hand you a mesh bag when you walk in. I can't carry 2 toddlers in a mesh bag and comfortably shop in your store. Ridiculous....

  Only store in the area. Will say that all of the employees are very pleasant. However, the store is In desperate need of a renovation. The worst part of the store is the fitting rooms. It is cramped and ill placed in the center of the store. It often feels like a junk area as it is always overcrowded with clothes folks tried on and didn't want on racks which are just sitting in the middle of the fitting room area. You are always guaranteed to wait in line to check out for a while. I often shop for less time than I am waiting in line. I don't know if it is a function of being short staffed or if they just aren't terribly speedy at checking you out. Overall they have a good selection, but they need to improve their customer experience.
