  My boyfriend got me a necklace, long story short it broke and I went back so they can fix it, fee was 15 no biggie what was a biggie though was when they told me it was gonna be finished and ready the same time the next day. Unfortunately I had work and couldn't pick it up and I told the employee that there and he said np come back when ever but it'll be ready. 2 days later I come bak and it still wasn't done, waste of my gas and time. I try to get s hold of them to ask if it's ready 3 days later no answer...worst place ever and I still haven't gotten the chain back.

  TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I SPENT 250 DOLLARS ON A CHARM AND 3 WEEKS LATER A STONE FELL OUT THEY WONT FIX IT FOR FREE BECAUSE THERE JEWELRY IS GARBAGE AND WANT TO RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
