  Bought a grinder and when I got home I discovered that the grinder they sold as new was actually used. Home Depot made it right, but I still had to drive back to get a new one. Definitely check any tools you buy there. Overall, a good shopping experience and Home Depot employees are helpful and knowledgeable.

  Manager Mark helped us with flooring and also took the time to walk us through how to install a backsplash. He seemed to be the only one in the store except at the registers where there were for people standing around talking. Mark called for additional assistance at one point but none came. He helped us with flooring and backsplash, made us keys, helped us find a new chisel and as we left he was outside loading a customer's truck with another employee. I don't think he stopped smiling the whole time we were in the store. He needs to be running his own franchise.

  Bought a refrigerator from the Palm Harbor store. Delivery between 3p and 7p. 830p and still waiting. Delivery person says they are installing a washer and dryer. Deliver the simple stuff first then the installs . Not good . Call me let me know that you have a delay. Have to make several calls to find out where my fridge is.

  customer service rep Christi was the best !! make sure you ask for her with any problems...she helped me today and i was so very grateful....she solved my problem and got back to me over the phone within minutes.....she was so friendly, helpful and professional and Home Depot should be happy to have her as their employee....great job ...with many thanks
