  My experience in this location was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. Associate “ George “ at least that’s the name he told me, was very rude and disgusting. I walked in 10-20 minutes before closing to sell a phone that I had. My brother had just sold the same exact phone in another location last week and told me how it worked, so I decided to visit this location and do the same. “ George “ tells me he doesn’t want to do the transaction because “ he has a lot of work to do “ he also said “ you can see all the work I have to do right? “ So I let him know it’s a retail store, whether I come in 5 minutes before or 20 minutes before and whether you have a lot of work or not, you pre close just like every other human does in a retail environment and put the customer first. I proceeded to ask for his first and last name along with his managers name and he told me “ you know what dude, get out before I call the police “ George threatened to call the police on me for asking for his name and he wanted to get me out the store because he did not want to do the transaction because it’s New Year’s Eve and he wanted to go home. If you cannot handle retail, don’t work retail. I work in the retail/sales industry and customers come in all the time last minute and I have no choice but to do my job and exceed their expectations. The customer comes first. Terrible customer service, terrible associate, terrible experience, not to mention he threatened to call the police on me while I was with my son. I’ll be taking this to corporate and I’ll be sure his superiors understand that he shouldn’t work in any retail environment.
