  These people are poor business people and do not do justice to the estates they represent. Below find a letter I addressed to them regarding their performance at a recent sale I attended. I am writing to express how disappointed I am in your performance as an estate sale company. On Thursday morning my wife and I checked the estate sale notice for 3216 Seaway Dr., New Port Richey and there was no mention of the sale being cancelled for the day due to the tropical depression, only after making the drive to the location did I find a small hand written note on the door that the sale had been called off. I decided this was because of the impending storm but still felt that notice should have been given. I am not a estate sale professional and only attend a few a year but I do know how business should be conducted. Today once again I drove to the location of your sale arriving 10 minutes early. The weather was rainy and a group of 10 to 15 persons waited outside the door until 10 am when the sale was to start. NO ONE from you company was there. A rude guy from the real estate company shoved his way through the crowed opened the door and said no one could come in until the estate sale people arrived. A young woman arrived 15 minutes late went in and did not open the doors, then two young men arrived and went in, not opening the doors. You could hear yelling inside and finally 10 minutes later the doors were open. Not that all this wasn't bad enough, but once inside a lot of the objects that were in the photos for the sale were not present and hardly any of the items had prices marked on them. I will never again attend one of your estate sales simply to get to see over priced and not priced items that have been picked over before the day of the sale. I just thought you would like to know. As we left we exchanged our thoughts with others who had waited in the rain with us and we all felt your company event was a waste of time.
